Website
Writing for websites allows me to get in the brand's mind and speak in its voice. The goal for Soft Spa, featured here, was to take an intimidating, taboo product and make it seem fun and easy to use, so I used a lot of alliteration and playful imagery. I wanted to come off friendly and accessible, which worked well and helped the brand succeed.


Technical Writing
I have a true passion for helping people understand complex ideas. I enjoy breaking ideas and processes down to the bare bones and rebuilding the information into something so easy to understand that anyone can enjoy learning it. I'm incredibly proud of the instruction manuals I've written, of which only a few are showcased. Whenever I receive an email from a customer saying how easy it made installation, my heart swells.
